With all the weight loss and mostly toning, clothes have not been fitting well. And my bras haven't fit well in awhile.
A while back a friend mentioned how she went to Nordstroms for a bra fitting. Well, the last few yrs I have been wearing a 44 DD. Well per nordstroms. I am a 42 F. Yes an F. Scary because. A) less selections and B) holy crap! I am an F.

Also I had a gift card for Lane Bryant and needed new jeans. The ones I had were just too big. They look like mom jeans. Bad! So I was wearing 5's. ( Lane Bryant has their own sizing) I thought I was a 4 maybe if I was lucky, a 3. Guess what. I am a 2!!!!
I can't believe it. I am so happy!!!

I did notice that skin on my stomach has stretch marls. So I need to start using lotion or the the stuff pregnant women use.

Any suggestions to get rid of stretch marks?

Here it is. I have been on SouthBeach for 2 full weeks.
I haven't lost that much. In fact I have gained 2 lbs this week. But I
am losing inches.
I think I like losing inches more. Weight has never been accurate for
me. when I was thinner, my weight was higher then people expected.
I think for me as much as I want to foocus on a goal weight I need to
focus in the interim on how my body looks. aka. What size I am and
how many inches I lose.
I know I am gaining muscle mass. I can feel it. If I hold my arm out
for a bicep show thing. I have actual muscle definition. Not much but
some and for me that is an improvement.

I keep working on improving my mile. When I first started working out.
Walking I was at under 21 minutes. Last night I hit personal best of
16:45 min. I run some and walk some. My endurance for runnning is
still short but my recovery time is faster. It doesn't help that I
have big boobs and am in need of a good sports bra.

I must be an idiot.
I found the instruction manual for my scale. I re read and I should be getting body fat % readings. But no. Not working. I tried it in different rooms (kitchen and bathroom) wondering maybe my bathroom floor was un even. Nope. Still doesn't work. I don't know.

My friend Liz said that her friend X, who is a big guy is able to get a reading on his scale.
So why can't I? This is frustrating. I just want to know so I can better grasp of my heatlhy.
I have dampened my feet.

I am on my last day of phase 1 for South Beach. I am not sure if I am going to extend it or not.
I am thinking I am going to go to phase 2 for a few days. People visiting and what not. Then go back to phase 1 on monday. I have gained a few pounds the last few days which sucks. It's not water weight I think its just weight fluctuating. I find that mon-wed weight is higher then later in week/weekend. I think the fact that Sunday is a slacker day for me and since I don't do much.. I don't burn calories. I am starting to hit the gym on saturdays so I think that will help as well.

I have a part time job. Last night I thought I was working. I was wrong (I have worked the last 4 mondays. ) I really shold learn how to read the schedule. Anyway, I ended up going straight to the gym. This is a good example of why I keep gym clothes in the car.

Went home and vegged. Watched a bit of Chuck. I <3 that show.
Pretty uneventful night. I like those.
Tonight work. \

I need to get a decent sports bra. I am running now a little and well, Normal bras not great for working out when you are a DD. I get paid Friday so I definitely need to make the investment.
Although I am fairly certain I am the wrong bra size. I really need to for a professional fitting. Maybe I can do it on Saturday.

I am 6 lbs away from losing 10% of my original weight. In 12 lbs I am no longer morbidly obese.
These are 2 mini goals I am looking forward to.
The next goal is for my scale to tell me my body fat percentage. Sadly right now I just get an error message. I can't find the instruction manual to help figure out I am screwing something up.
Weekend has been good. Just winding down and watching mindless TV.
