Down another few pounds. Yay!
I am 13 lbs away from no longer being morbidly obese!

My scale doesn't yet tell me my body fat percentage but that is the next goal.
I have to keep the mini goals because I think that.. ack I need to
lose 100 + lbs to get to a healthy weight
THAT is overwhelming.
I have lost 21 lbs since I really started to work on dieting/health in
beginning of August.
I know weight loss has been slower at times because I ambuilding
muscle mass vs. just losing the fat.
(I can live with that)

Day 8

 Today is Day 8 on South Beach.
I have lost 5 lbs but since last week I have lost
1.5 inches on my hips
2 inches on my waist
1 inches on my chest
and 2 inches under chest area
Measurements: Then/Now
Hips 54"/52.5"
Waist 44.5"/42.5
Chest 51"/50
Under chest. 43.5 "/41.5
I am not losing pounds as fast everyone else but I am losing inches which is nice. Officially none of my pants fit me correctly anymore. Tried on a pair of "skinny" pants this morning. (Sadly they weren't even that skinny, just something that never fit right after I bought them. )And they Fit!!! Yay!
I didn't wear them to work because I couldn't find the shirt I wanted to wear. But I must admit I was scared they would not fit.

day 5

Day 7 of South Beach.
Down about 5 lbs. I like that. I feel like stomach/waist is smaller which I definitely like.

Today we are on dress down at work aka wear jeans. (Thank you World Series)

The good news:
I HAVE to wear a belt with my jeans. I am using the 4th loop on on my belt.
Previously I would use 3rd loop but often as day wore on and it hurt, I would move to 2nd loop.
I am wearing a t-shirt I haven't worn in awhile. (didn't like how my sides/overflowing stomach looked)

Going to the gym tonight. Yay! Haven't been since saturday. Working 2 jobs makes it hard to hit the gym 3 times a week which is my goal. The next few weeks are crazy but I will just have to make the effort. I nkow the losing inches is due to gym and diet vs. diet alone.

I am in love with Laughing Cow Cheese. So yummy and convient. good with so much, Ham, peperoni, celery!!!

It makes me happy. Better on veggies then salad dressing. Good on sandwiches instead of mayo.
So far artichoke & spinach and Trader Joes white bean and basil hummus are my favorites.
At other job now. Snacking on ham and hummus. It is hitting the spot.

Day 5

South Beach. I am loving it.
Down 5 lbs already and it hasn't been a full week.

You may think I am weird but girls know that you touch a part of your body and you feel the fat and you hate it. Well, Last night I noticed tummy fat feels less. Not gone, but less. I can live with that. I like it when things fit better. That makes me happy. Toning is good.

I need to buy some new jeans. Maybe a few going out itmes. But its hard to buy them when I know I will lose more weight. (not sure how much/how my body will change). Its frustrating to go out and see myself in clothes that are too big. But I am cheap and don't want to spend the money until I am at least 50 lbs lost then I will think about it.

Down another few pounds. Part of this is water weight I know burt I am down 5 lbs since pre period water weight gain. I can't believe it.
